Package Offerings
Room rental fees above will apply per meeting room per day inclusive of:
- Usage of the meeting room
- Set-up of the meeting room as per client’s requirements
- Individual writing pads, pens, mints and mineral water in the meeting room
- One flip chart
- Audio-visual support including LCD projector with a screen
- Personalized signage for the meeting venue
- Valet parking for the delegates
- Personalized conference liaison and support prior, throughout and after the event
- Inclusive of 7% municipality fee and 10% service charge
- Subject to 5% value-added tax (VAT)
